Welcome to iGlobal Services. By accessing our website, services, training programs, consulting solutions, and staffing support, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites, platforms, services, communications, or digital tools operated by iGlobal Services (“iGlobal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.


These Terms apply to all users, clients, candidates, partners, vendors, and visitors globally. 

2. Scope of Services


iGlobal Services provides professional services including, but not limited to:

• Business, technology, and operational consulting

• Staffing, recruiting, and talent placement services

• Training, coaching, and educational programs

• AI-powered automation, digital tools, and advisory services

• Offshore and global service delivery

• Immigration-adjacent guidance and process support (non-legal)


Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and obligations may be defined in separate agreements, proposals, statements of work (“SOW”), or written communications. 

3. No Legal, Immigration, or Financial Advice


iGlobal Services does not provide legal advice, immigration legal representation, or financial advice.

• Any immigration-related guidance is informational only

• No guarantees are made regarding visas, employment outcomes, approvals, or timelines

• Clients and candidates are responsible for consulting licensed attorneys or qualified professionals where required


Reliance on information provided by iGlobal is at your own discretion and risk. 

4. No Employment or Placement Guarantee


iGlobal Services does not guarantee:

• Job placement

• Employment offers

• Salary levels

• Interview outcomes

• Visa sponsorship

• Business results or revenue impact


Recruiting, staffing, and training services are best-effort professional services, not outcome guarantees.

 

5. Client & User Responsibilities


You agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information

• Use services only for lawful purposes

• Not misrepresent credentials, experience, or intent

• Not misuse confidential, proprietary, or candidate data

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations


iGlobal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations. 

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds


Fees, payment terms, and refund eligibility are defined in:

• Service agreements

• Invoices

• Published refund policies

• Training or program-specific terms


Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable once services commence

• Late payments may result in service suspension

• Third-party payment processors govern transaction security 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, training assets, software, automation flows, documents, and branding provided by iGlobal are protected intellectual property.


You may not:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer materials

• Use iGlobal content outside agreed purposes

• Represent iGlobal materials as your own


Custom deliverables remain iGlobal IP unless explicitly transferred in writing. 

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information disclosed during engagement, including:

• Business strategies

• Candidate data

• Client data

• Technical systems

• Pricing and methodologies


Confidentiality obligations survive termination. 

9. AI, Automation & Digital Tools


iGlobal may use AI-assisted tools, automation platforms, analytics systems, and digital agents to support service delivery.

• AI tools are used with human oversight

• No autonomous legal or binding decisions are made

• Outputs are advisory and informational in nature


Users remain responsible for final decisions and actions. 

10. Third-Party Services

iGlobal may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, CRM, analytics, communication tools).


We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages

• Platform changes

• External data breaches beyond our control

• Third-party terms or policies 

11. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:


iGlobal Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data

• Employment, immigration, or financial outcomes

• Decisions made based on advisory input


Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to iGlobal for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iGlobal Services, its officers, directors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your misuse of services

• False information provided

• Violation of laws or third-party rights

• Breach of these Terms 

13. Termination


iGlobal may suspend or terminate services:

• For breach of these Terms

• For non-payment

• For misuse, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct

• At its discretion, with or without notice where legally permitted


Termination does not relieve payment obligations.

 

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good-faith negotiation first

• Binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless otherwise agreed

 

15. Modifications

 iGlobal Services reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
