📍As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and consistently. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring that Scrum principles are understood, followed, and continuously improved across teams.
This role requires strong communication skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to remove impediments while fostering collaboration and transparency.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Scrum values, principles, and Agile best practices
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and Agile metrics
- Promote continuous improvement and team accountability
- Encourage collaboration between engineering, QA, and stakeholders
- Identify risks and proactively address delivery challenges
- Support multiple Agile teams if required

Must Have
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Nice to have
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in scaling Agile across teams
