This policy outlines our principles for ethical, responsible, and transparent AI use, ensuring that technology supports and enhances human judgment, accountability, and trust.

1. Purpose

iGlobal Services (“iGlobal,” “we,” “us”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) and automation technologies to enhance efficiency, insight, and service quality across our consulting, staffing, training, and digital services.

This policy outlines our principles for ethical, responsible, and transparent AI use, ensuring that technology supports — not replaces — human judgment, accountability, and trust.

2. Scope

 This policy applies to:

• AI-assisted tools and platforms

• Automation workflows

• Analytics and decision-support systems

• AI-powered chat, content, and productivity tools

• Internal and client-facing digital agents

This policy applies to all iGlobal employees, contractors, partners, and systems.

3. Core Principles

iGlobal’s AI usage is guided by the following principles:

a) Human Oversight & Accountability

AI systems are assistive tools, not autonomous decision-makers.

Final responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes always rests with humans.

b) Transparency & Disclosure

We strive to be transparent about when AI is used to support services, insights, communications, or automation.

c) Fairness & Non-Discrimination

AI systems must not be used in ways that intentionally discriminate based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or other legally protected attributes.

d) Proportionality

AI is used where it adds value. High-risk decisions require higher levels of human review and control.

e) Security & Privacy

AI usage aligns with our Privacy Policy and Security & Compliance practices, including appropriate safeguards for data protection.

4. Permitted Uses of AI

iGlobal may use AI responsibly for purposes such as:

• Research and data analysis

• Content drafting and summarization

• Process automation and workflow efficiency

• Candidate screening support (with human review)

• Client insights and reporting

AI outputs are treated as advisory, not authoritative.

5. Prohibited Uses of AI

AI systems must not be used to:

• Make autonomous legal, immigration, employment, or financial decisions

• Guarantee outcomes (e.g., job placement, visa approval, revenue results)

• Replace required professional judgment

• Circumvent laws, regulations, or ethical standards

• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-authored without oversight

• Conduct surveillance, profiling, or monitoring beyond lawful and disclosed purposes

6. Recruiting, Employment & Candidate Data

When AI is used in recruiting or staffing workflows:

• AI may assist with organization, pattern recognition, or efficiency

• Human reviewers remain responsible for evaluations and decisions

• No hiring or rejection decisions are made solely by AI

• Candidate data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

7. Client Services & Advisory Context

AI-assisted insights provided to clients:

• Are informational and advisory in nature

• Do not constitute legal, immigration, or financial advice

• Must be reviewed and contextualized by qualified professionals

Clients remain responsible for final decisions and implementation.

8. Training & Educational Use

 AI may be used to:

• Enhance learning experiences

• Provide practice material, examples, or explanations

• Support personalized learning paths

AI-generated educational content does not replace formal instruction, accreditation, or professional certification.

9. Data Usage & Model Inputs

 iGlobal:

• Does not intentionally train AI models on confidential client data unless contractually permitted

• Limits sensitive data exposure in AI systems

• Uses reputable platforms with appropriate safeguards

Users are responsible for not submitting unauthorized confidential or personal data into AI tools unless explicitly permitted.

10. Risk Management & Review

 We periodically:

• Employment and discrimination laws

• Emerging AI compliance requirements

This policy is designed to evolve as regulatory expectations mature.

12. Limitations & No Guarantees

• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions

iGlobal makes no guarantees regarding AI-generated outcomes.
